No sound during lessons

Problem: The lesson is not playing any sound

Solution: Sometimes the lesson plays without sound. To solve this issue, refresh the browser page. Force-refreshing a page will clear the issue. 

Windows — Press Ctrl + F5 . If that doesn't work, hold down Ctrl and click the "Refresh" icon.

Mac – Press Command + R
